Social Project: YK Health & Safety Carnival 2025

The YK Health & Safety Carnival returned in 2025 as a two-day annual event, held on 12 and 13 July from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A total of 83 volunteers contributed their time and energy to support this community-focused initiative aimed at raising awareness on health and safety.

The carnival was officiated by ACP Vijayakumar A/L Samachulu, Head of the North Klang District Police, together with Yayasan Kossan’s Exco members and trustees. The event featured 41 exhibitors, including various health and safety vendors who offered free health screenings and showcased their products and services.

Across both days, visitors also attended insightful talks on health and safety topics delivered by invited experts. One of the carnival’s long-time partners, Pusat Darah Negara, successfully collected 89 bags of blood, thanks to the generosity of attendees.

The event attracted a total of 1,064 visitors over two days. Yayasan Kossan extends its sincere appreciation to all who took part and remains committed to promoting health awareness and community well-being.
