Social Project: YK Deepavali Giveaway 2025

In conjunction with the Deepavali celebration, Yayasan Kossan continued its annual Deepavali Giveaway tradition to bring joy and warmth to communities in need. In 2025, the YK team visited four welfare homes: Persatuan Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Ekliptik Klang, Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Down Syndrome, Sai Pandian Children Orphanage Home, and Rumah Ozanam Klang.

Each home received donations of essential provisions, lunch meals, murukku, and Deepavali pocket money as a gesture of care and support. The children and residents were also celebrated in a friendly and festive atmosphere, making the visit even more meaningful.

In total, the program benefited 134 recipients, including children, teens, and adult residents across the four homes.

Yayasan Kossan believes that every contribution can brighten the lives of those in need. YK welcomes more partners and volunteers to join future community programs in building a more caring and inclusive society.
