Social Project: Blood Donation Drive

(April 2025)

Blood donation is one of the most meaningful forms of contribution—it not only saves lives but also reflects compassion and a deep sense of social responsibility. Recognising the importance of maintaining a steady blood supply, Yayasan Kossan kicked off its first blood donation drive of 2025 this April.

Held at Kossan Tower from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the event received an encouraging response. A total of 160 individuals turned up, resulting in 100 bags of blood successfully collected. Each contribution plays a vital role in supporting patients who require emergency care, surgery, or long-term treatment.

The next blood donation drive is scheduled for July, in conjunction with the YK Health & Safety Carnival 2025.

Yayasan Kossan extends heartfelt thanks to all who participated in this effort. We invite more employees and members of the public to join us in future drives. Just one donation can bring hope—and life—to someone in need.
