Social Project: Refurbishment of School Furniture for Flood-Affected Preschool (January 2022)

Furniture damaged by floodwater is not always salvageable, and this was what had happened to the SK Meru preschool, whose tables, chairs, and school furniture were damaged beyond what can be salvaged due to the flood that hit Selangor on 18th December 2021. With the education sector already badly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic that hit our country in March 2020, our hearts went out to assist this preschool and lighten the burden they faced.

Yayasan Kossan reached out and replaced the damaged furniture of the SK Meru preschool. In total, RM5,000.00 in cost was spent to refurbish the school.

With our mission to “Make Life Better For All”, to us, nobody is to be left behind. Be it the elderly, schools, orphans, or even, in this case, a preschool that has dedicated itself to educate the future of the next generation, we are always open to help those in need in whatever ways we can. Indeed, it is in line with our mission to create equal education opportunities for all.
